首(shou)先是(shi)根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)選型(xing),在電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong),三相(xiang)(xiang)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)相(xiang)(xiang)當于是(shi)將(jiang)三個單項固(gu)(gu)態(tai)集成到一(yi)起,因此三相(xiang)(xiang)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)的發熱(re)量是(shi)比較大(da)的,基本(ben)上是(shi)單相(xiang)(xiang)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的三倍。因此,對于三相(xiang)(xiang)固(gu)(gu)態(tai)的發熱(re)處(chu)理也更為復雜和困難(nan)一(yi)些(xie)。在電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong),如果(guo)發熱(re)比較嚴(yan)重,那么安裝散熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、排風扇是(shi)非常必要的。在實際(ji)應用中(zhong)(zhong),如果(guo)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的加熱(re)功率不是(shi)核(he)稿,建(jian)議選型(xing)時建(jian)議放大(da)兩倍電(dian)(dian)流(liu)選型(xing),也就(jiu)是(shi)當電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)實際(ji)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為20A,固(gu)態的電流(liu)起碼選40A。
其次是(shi)(shi)在(zai)電(dian)路中功(gong)率比(bi)較大的情(qing)況下,如果是(shi)(shi)存(cun)在(zai)一個(ge)三相(xiang)固(gu)態無法滿足電(dian)流但是(shi)(shi)對安裝環境沒有要求情(qing)況,那么就(jiu)可以選(xuan)擇三個(ge)單相(xiang)固(gu)態控制加(jia)熱(re)負(fu)載,這個(ge)時(shi)候電(dian)流放大1.5~2倍即可。最后是對安裝空間要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)比較高的情況,散熱環(huan)境不好,為了(le)滿足對安全標準的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),則是需要(yao)留有至少3倍的電流,控制發熱(re)情況。
